Talk Online Panel buys keyfacts Onlineforschung and continues to grow
On June 1 2018 Talk bought Leipzig-based research service provider keyfacts Onlineforschung. Keyfacts is now part of the Austrian Talk Online Panel GmbH, a leading provider of online research communities and online panels in Central and Southeast Europe. Talk is actively doing business in 21 European countries, focussing on the DACH and CEE/SEE regions.
With the merging of keyfacts and Talk, both companies are able to further expand their market positions. The legal entity of keyfacts Onlineforschung is now Talk Online Deutschland GmbH, while the established brand of keyfacts Onlineforschung will continue to exist in the German market. "The acquisition of keyfacts Onlineforschung is part of our continued expansion into Central and Eastern Europe" says Klaus Oberecker, founder of Talk. "And we are very happy about further strengthening our position in the German market."
Merger leads to even better service
To guarantee a smooth transition, the current keyfacts CEO Ulrike Preiss will continue in an advisory role for the duration of the integration process. In her words: "In Talk Online Panel we are very happy to have found a partner that shares our high standards of quality and the focus on the client. Due to the merging of the two German panels we'll be able to service our clients even better. On top of that we are now able to offer international surveys in a reliable manner."
Talk Online Panel GmbH is running online research communities with over 520,000 members in 21 countries and covers the following markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Southeast Europe, Ukraine, Russia, Greece and Turkey. Dedicated community assistants run each country in the local language. Besides their main offices in Vienna, Austria, Talk has regional offices in Zurich, Athens, Sofia and Riga. Apart from online surveys, Talk also offers cookie tracking and behavioral data through its proprietary panels.
